Study is designed to help students complete all ACLS training requirements, with exercises and course activities completed at the student's own pace online, plus online and in-person testing and retesting as needed. The Health Education Solutions (HES) course for ACLS training is designed for health care professionals.

Highlights of our ACLS online training:

HES provides online ACLS training through a series of twelve interactive modules. Each ACLS training module addresses one aspect of the identification, treatment and stabilization of a patient requiring advance cardiac life support. The ACLS certification course begins with a discussion of the importance of a team approach to identify and treat a patient. The second and third ACLS certification modules teach students how to assess the patient and provide initial respiratory support, then provide CPR and AED intervention as needed.

The remainder of the ACLS online training curriculum covers identification of various conditions that cause life-threatening cardiopulmonary emergencies. Study of each condition is followed by a discussion and practice of on-site treatment and preparation of the patient for transport to a medical facility. One module covers the identification, treatment and stabilization of a patient who has experienced an acute stroke.
